Reducing Income Inequality

 There is increasing pressure on organisations to change the way we pay people.  Governments, public, customers, investors, employees and unions are all voicing concerns about issues of remuneration culture.  

Some organisations are starting to address issues of low pay.  Attention on the ‘floor’ is about a third of the story. The hard work really starts when we consider the ‘ceiling’ and wage compression in our organisations. For progressive leaders interested in exploring what this could look like, I am a good person to start with.
