Kick off with a 60-minute session for up to 100 leaders. It’ll be in two parts. Firstly, a keynote where you’ll hear about the global and local context for flex and hybrid work, giving you all a shared starting point. Secondly, there will be space for a Q&A to discuss and answer your burning questions. You can record the session if you want to so that it’s there as a resource for refreshing your memory or sharing these key ideas with new leaders when they join. 

  • Training for managers and team members

The complexity we now have in navigating flex and hybrid teams is so much higher than ever before. Yet, we’re still using the same tools and practice we’ve had for years. We need an upgrade. You’ll get a training module that can be uploaded to your learning management system that gives you the tools and practice you need to simplify the complexity. It’s packed with practical activities that you can do whenever you like, either on your own or with your team. There’s an accompanying workbook with the video to guide you through the exercises. This is a tried and tested flex-team toolkit that gives you the tools and confidence you need to navigate flex and hybrid work.

  • Flexpert guidance as you upgrade your policy and guidance

The training needs to be embedded and that also means upgrading your in-house policy and guidance. Whoever is tasked with that work can feel like it's just another project to add to their never-ending list. To lighten the load you’ll get three flexpert mentoring sessions. You’ll have access to my full range of tools, templates and other resources, plus I’ll review your material in-between sessions, so we can use our time to share feedback, insights and commit to next steps. You’ll find you’ll fast track your way through this final piece of the work.
